OC Day and the new memorial

For this year only OC Day will not be held on the usual Sunday along with Speech Day, but takes place on Friday, July 1, 2016.  This is to allow for special events within the School over the last weekend of the sesquicentennial celebrations, and also so it can coincide with the unveiling of Nick Dimbleby’s new memorial outside the Chapel.

The day will start with a service in the Chapel at 11am. This will be the first time most OCs will have seen the completed refurbishment which now includes a new floor.   That will be followed by the unveiling of the memorial outside the St Catherine’s Window.

There will then be a reception in the Quad (during this there will also be an organ recital in the Chapel) followed by a buffet lunch in the Emms Centre.  The annual cricket match will start at 1pm on Jubilee.

To enable the School to cater for numbers, please advise Vickie Ingle (VLI@cranleigh.org) if you are planning to attend and if you will be bringing guests.
